Cheesy Baked BBQ ‘Pork’ Flautas

These flautas are stuffed with Pit Boss and 3 different kinds of cheese! Impress a crowd or dig in solo.


  • 1 package Pit Boss Pulled ‘Pork’ BBQ
  • 10 taco-sized flour tortillas
  • 2 oz. vegan cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup vegan sour cream
  • 1/2 cup sweet barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded vegan cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon ancho chili powder (may sub chili powder)

Chipotle Ranch

  • 1/2 cup vegan ranch dressing
  • 1/4 tsp of chipotle chili powder
  • squeeze of fresh lime juice

The How-To

  1. Whisk together Chipotle Ranch ingredients and set aside in the fridge while you prepare the rest.
  2. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, BBQ sauce, and ancho chili powder.
  4. Add Pit Boss and shredded cheese to cream cheese mixture and mix until evenly combined.
  5. Add a heaping 1/4 cup mixture to each tortilla and roll up tightly. Place filled tortillas seam side down on a baking sheet.
  6. Lightly brush each tortilla with olive oil. Bake at 425 for 15-20 minutes or until golden. Broil for extra crisp! Serve with Chipotle Ranch.
