‘No Chicken’ Gouda Melt

Ingredients
- Half a package of NEF Comrade Cluck ‘No Chicken’
- ~ 2 tbsp oil of your choice (we prefer coconut)
- Spices to taste (sazon and black pepper)
- 2 slices of Follow Your Heart Smoked Gouda cheese
- Follow Your Heart Veganaise
- Sliced red onions
- Kale
- Your choice of bread
The How-To
- Add oil to skillet on medium heat and cook Comrade Cluck according to package instructions (seasoning with sazon and black pepper).
- Toast bread
- Spread Veganaise on bread
- Melt Gouda cheese over Comrade Cluck in skillet (if you cover the skillet, it’ll melt faster!)
- Add ‘No Chicken’ and cheese to bread
- Top with onions and kale
